## Who we are

Uncap Ventures Inc. is an applied AI engineering and operations firm based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. It was founded by Giancarlo Casale after fifteen years leading finance and operations inside growing companies, where the recurring problem was never a shortage of software. It was the work that fell between systems, departments and people, and that nobody had the capacity to run well.

We serve companies across Canada and the United States, typically between $25M and $250M in annual revenue, that see meaningful AI potential but do not have an internal applied AI engineering team. Uncap is that function, delivered as an outside partner.

## What we do

We identify where AI will matter inside a business, design and deploy custom agents and systems around its own knowledge, rules and operating context, connect them to the systems, data, approvals and people already there, then stay to monitor, improve and expand them. One partner from the first opportunity to daily operation.

Our unit of delivery is the Routine: a cross-departmental piece of work, such as AP exceptions, deal approvals, vendor onboarding or regulatory deadlines, rebuilt as one accountable path from trigger to outcome. Judgment stays with the client's people. Every action is recorded and reviewable.

## Finley, the platform behind the run

Finley is the platform Uncap built for itself. Every client Routine runs on it: AI agents assemble context from the client's systems, apply rules, take action and record every outcome, and the work stops for a person whenever a decision matters. Each client gets a dedicated deployment. Data is never pooled across clients, and nothing trains a public model.

Finley is not a product we sell and it is not licensed by the seat. Clients subscribe to managed operations. Finley is why the run is trustworthy.
