What to include
A short description of the business and the operational work you have in mind is enough to start. Useful details, if you have them:
- The piece of work that crosses systems, departments or approvals and is hard to run today.
- The systems involved (ERP, CRM, email, documents, spreadsheets).
- Who owns the decisions inside that work, and roughly how much time it consumes each month.
- Whether an earlier AI pilot or agent exists that needs to become dependable.
Who we are right for
Mid-market companies, typically $25M to $250M in annual revenue, without an internal applied AI engineering team. If you already have that team in-house, we are usually not the right partner, and we will say so.
